RETURN & REFUND POLICY

No Return for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for products delivered in good condition and as described.

Replacement Policy

Replacement is allowed only if:

  • Product is damaged during transit

  • Wrong item delivered

Proof required:

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Images within 24 hours of delivery

No Refund Policy

We do not offer monetary refunds. Only replacements will be processed if approved.

Shipping Charges

Customers must bear return shipping charges unless the product delivered is incorrect.

Condition

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
